You’re welcome! Happy to provide a transcript. I didn’t spend too much on audio equipment. eBay helped me out.

I think it’s natural for neighbors to get into disagreements but when there’s a weapon at the ready, it can embolden people. The prospect of de-escalation can be quickly dismissed. Unfortunately there is no test to grant people weapon ownership, we rely on the discernment of the individual. Maybe it is a good thing because no one person can say who should have the right to own a gun. The issue is, unlike people who train in combat styles, who don’t use their skill to be an aggressor, I think a gun very much makes someone an aggressor. We talk of protection, but there aren’t many instances where they help.

We will continue to interpret our founding documents in a way that suits us until we decide to rewrite it. Until then, it’s hard to have to will to fight. Sandy Hook was a turning point. That’s when it was clear that no tragedy would turn it around.
